Christmas with Grammy !

Rob's big gift was a new amp, which he immediately had to demonstrate for us.

And, the rarely seen, a picture of all three of us!

Well, technically they don't have pointed ears but they are definitely helping. This is the Wheat Ridge Optimist group and Boy Scouts wrapping toys for good little girls and boys. Sometimes Santa can't reach everyone and needs a little help. This is where this group comes in. Packages are wrapped, clothing store gift cards are slipped in and finally to top it off, a generous food certificate in placed on top so each family can have a nice Christmas meal. Then, boxes are delivered to the families... oh to see their smiles and appreciation.

No Scrooge here!

Of course, this is also the last day of school until January 5, 2011.

The 5th and 6th grade concert. Five 6th grade kids played 'Don't Stop Believin' by Journey (2 guitars, 1 bass, 1 on the drums and 1 on the keyboard). Very impressive. Nervous at first, it quickly passed and Rob was totally in the game.

Scout Court of Honor - Rob and buddies earned their First Class Rank. Also, Rob was elected Senior Patrol Leader and Hunter was elected Assistant Patrol Leader.

Our last camping trip of the season. We saw the wonderful fall colors and put in lots of good riding time. And, we taught an old dog a new trick... seriously! Tulle can now ride the ATV with me. Harley rides with Mike. When we ride, Mike leads with Harley, Rob is in the middle on his dirt bike and then Tulle and I follow. We packed drinks and snacks and headed off for the day. We stopped to watch some jeeps do some extreme rock climbing. Pretty impressive.

Meet Dr. Steve Pereira, vet, and his girlfriend, Morgan Frost (who is studying to be a nurse). Steve owns a mobile vet business. Here is Harley having her teeth cleaned, in our own kitchen. Very convenient. The procedure was very educational and quite quick.
